On June 21-24, 2019, Mao Shichang, the director of Center for Indian Studies, was invited to attend the forum on Indian Literatuer and Buddhist Literature at Qingdao University. Huang Baosheng from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, GuoWeijun, famous pandit, Yu Longyu from Shenzhen University, Bai Kaiyuan, translator on Tagore’s works, Meng Zhaoyi and Li Yuejin from Tianjin Normal University, Tang Renhu, Liu Shuxiong and Chen Ming from Beijing University, Su Yongxu from Henan Institute of Education，Sun Yixue from Tongji University and Ge Fuping from Nanjing Uiversity participated in the forum.
