Hosted by Political Science Teaching Committee of Ministry of Education, School of Political Science and Public Administration of China University of Political Science and Law, and Tianjin Normal University, the 10^th Seminar on the History of Western Political Thought was held successfully in Beijing from July 6 to 10. Associate professor Ma Guolin attended the seminar and delivered a speech.

The theme of this seminar is “The Study of Political Culture in the History of Western Political Thought”. More than 100 students from 42 universities and research institutes nationwide applied for the seminar, and 60 were selected from the best. 20 renowned scholars from 16 universities, such as Beijing University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beihang University, China University of Petroleum, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Nankai University, Shandong University, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, East China Normal University, China University of Political Science and Law, and Tianjin Normal University, etc. were invited to the seminar.
