In the afternoon of October 15, Associate Professor Wei Jinshen was invited to participate in the sub-forum "China-Central Asia Beidou Cooperation Forum", where he made a presentation on the theme of "One Belt and One Road" Innovation Development and China-Central Asia Satellite Navigation Cooperation.

He believed that this forum is very important to help Gansu enterprises to better "go global" and promote the comprehensive cooperation between China and Central Asia to thehigherlevel. After that, Associate Professor Wei Jinshen was interviewed by Globe Times and expressed his views on the impact of U.S. policy in Central Asia and its withdrawal from Afghanistan on the regional security situation and how China should respond.
