With the hostile perception labeling China as “strategic rival ”，America has undertaken a substantial containment strategy against China. Under this strategic background，several Acts have been submitted to and passed by US Congress concerning Chinese core interests on Taiwan，Xinjiang，Hongkong and Tibet since 2019，launching a holistic intervation toward Chinese national integration. The issue of these Acts signalized that America has been formulating a containment strategy against China and implementing relevant polices through the methods of law and congress acts; comprehensively carrying out the containment with “Taiwan Secessionism”，“Hongkong Secessionism”，“Xinjiang Secessionism” and “ Tibet Secessionism” ; negating the legal basis of Chinese sovereign unification through frameworks of recognition，democracy，human rights and theocracy. These Acts are trampling on the Sino－America political consensus and policy bottomline, severely challenging and damaging China’s core interests on safeguarding national integration.
