Education

2001-2005, bachelor’s degree in International Politics, Department of International Politics, Lanzhou University;

2005-2007, master’s degree in International Politics, School of Politics and Administration, Lanzhou University;

2009-2012, Ph. D., majoring in the Sinicization of Marxism, School of Politics and Administration, Lanzhou University.

Working Experience

Since 2007, taught in the School of Politics and Administration, School of Management, School of Politics and International Relations of Lanzhou University, and has served as assistant, lecturer and associate professor.

2017 to present, Director of the Center for Afghanistan studiesof Lanzhou University, National and Regional Research Center of the Ministry of Education.

National security and foreign strategy, focusing on Afghanistan, anti-terrorism and Central Asia.

Projects

1. Presided over the National Social Science Foundation Project: Cyber-terrorism and Countermeasure Research (07XGJ005), which was initiated in 2007 and finalized in 2009.

2. Presided over the National Social Science Foundation Project: Trends in Afghanistan and China's Strategic Research (10CGJ012),which was initiated in 2010 and finalized in 2014.

3. Presided over the National Social Science Foundation Project: Research on the Security Concept and Security Cooperation Mechanism in Central and South Asia (15XGJ001),projected in 2015, under research. .

4. Hosting the Ministry of foreign affairs entrusted with a project.

5. As the second person in charge, participated in the key projects of the National Social Science Fund: the situation, mechanism and Countermeasure of anti-terrorism in Xinjiang (15AZD018) and presided over one of the sub-projects, in research.

6. As the second person in charge, participated in the 2010 National International Cooperation Research Project, the sub-topic of "Joint Investigation and Research on Eco-environmental Protection and Resource Management in Central Asia in Response to Climate Change" has been completed.

7. Presided over the Ministry of education's national and regional research projects 3, 1 in research.

8. As the second person in charge and deputy head of the project team, participate in 5 other related ministries.

9. Hosting 4 items of basic scientific research business fees in Central Universities.

10. As the sub-project leader and main members, participated in the key projects of the National Social Science Fund, the major bidding project of the Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of the Ministry of Education, and the Central Political and Legal Committee project.
