Education

1985-1989 B.A., Russian Language and Literature, Russian Department of Xi'an International Studies University (now Xi'an International Studies University);

1998-2001 M.A., Russian Language and Literature,the Russian Department of Xi'an International Studies University (now Xi'an International Studies University);

2005-2009 Ph.D., Study of International relations, Russian Research Center of East China Normal University;

January 2007-January 2008 in Kyrgyzstan-Kyrgyzstan-Russian Slavic University International Relations Department.

Working Experience

From 1989 to 1998, he worked in a state-owned enterprise in Lanzhou, and engaged in scientific and technological translation. During his work, he went to Russia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan and other countries for business;

From August 1992 to July 1994, he worked as a foreign company translator in Sofia, Bulgaria;

Worked in Lanzhou University since June 2001;

From October 2013 to November 2015, served as the Chinese Dean of the Confucius Institute in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
