On October 28th at 3:00 p.m., the twenty-ninth online lecture of "Political State" series was successfully held in the School of Politics and International Relations. At the invitation of the School of Politics and International Relations of Lanzhou University and the Institute of Central Asian Studies of Lanzhou University, Cong Riyun, a professor of political science and doctoral supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law, gave a speech entitled "Three Value Revolutions in the History of Western Political Thought" to the students and teachers of the university. The lecture was hosted by Professor Chen Xiaoding, Vice President of the School.

Students were enlightened by Professor Cong's exposition of the three value revolutions in the history of Western political thought and their manifestations. They gained a deeper understanding of holism and individualism and their historical evolution. At the same time, they gained a new perspective on the understanding of Western political thought. Everyone was impressed by Professor Cong's serious and rigorous attitude and profound knowledge.
