In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, understand its centennial development and the relationship between China and the world, the School of Marxism of Changzhi University specially invited Professor Chen Xiaoding to give a lecture with the theme of "Globalization and China's Strategic Choice in the Post Epidemic Era". Students and some teachers attended the lecture.

Professor Chen Xiaoding's lecture consists of three parts. Firstly, he said that the international situation has changed, which can be seen from three parts: great changes the world faced in the past hundred years, globalization and "reverse globalization", and COVID-19's reshaping of international relations. It also shows that during the period of COVID-19, the world economy is in full recession, the relations between big powers continue to split up and reorganize, globalization is confronted with counter current whirlpools, and the whole ball governance faces unprecedented crises. Secondly, he introduced Sino-U.S. relation. Chen introduced the historical development, the development crux, the change and the prospect of China US relations; Third, professor Chen expected the China's strategic choice. One belt, one road, one can be built in the whole area. Finally, he asked three questions to all of us, and guided his classmates to think about the development of China.

Finally, teacher Ren extended a sincere invitation to professor Chen, hoping to have more opportunities to invite him to give lectures in the future.
