Abstract:In recent years, the " Five Eyes Alliance" has increased its intelligence surveillance on China. Research on this issue will help to further understand China's national security environment. [Method / Process]Starting from the monitoring objectives and targets of the " Five Eyes Alliance" ,its strategic evolution is divided into the Second World War, the Cold War, the post-Cold War, the anti-terrorist era, and the new era. The monitoring in the new era focuses on China. The motivations mainly include the international situation, U.S. National Strategy, Sino-US technology competition. Through research, it is found that the China-related intelligence logic of the " Five Eyes Alliance" mainly includes three aspects, namely the Cold War mentality, the risk of intelligence politicization, and the extended logic of China-related. Based on this, it can be seen that the " Five Eyes Alliance" is developing into an anti-China alliance, and this phenomenon requires China to pay more attention.
