From July 16 to July 19, 2021, the 2021 annual meeting of the Professional Committee for International Political Studies of the China Association of Higher Education and the academic seminar on "The World and China in a Century of Change" were successfully held at Lanzhou University. At noon on July 17, the Professional Committee for International Political Studies of the China Association of Higher Education convened the executive council.

The executive council mainly discussed issues including the implementation of various work, expansion rules, the development of membership rules, and the list of new directors and executive directors. Under the guidance of the China Association of Higher Education, the Professional Committee for International Political Studies has made important contributions to international political discipline and talent training by uniting and relying on the members and giving full play to the role of platform.

In the process of examining and approving new directors,Professor Wang Jinguo and Professor Chen Xiaoding of our school were added as the executive director and director of the Professional Committee for International Political Studies of the China Association of Higher Education.
