At 15:00 p.m. on June 3, at the invitation of the School of Politics and International Relationships, and the Institute for Central Asian Studies of Lanzhou University, associate professor Gao Hong of the School of Political Science and Public Administration of China University of Political Science and Law, gave an academic lecture entitled "How to form Cooperation - Interest and Operation Mechanism in Jinsha River Co-operative".

At the beginning, teacher Gao introduced the basic situation, development process and operation mode of Jinsha River Agricultural Cooperative in Yanli village to students, and describedhow can the primary, secondary and tertiary industries cooperate and realize common development here.Then, teacher Gao described the process of cooperation in four parts: the expression of demands by all parties, the initial cooperation intention, the development and realization of cooperation and the continuous progress of cooperation. At the methodological level, to fully understand its cooperation mode , teacher Gao had in-depth interviews with Yanli village cadres and villagers, and recorded as investigation report. Ms. Gao stressed that when doing empirical research, we should collect information from multi-party to form an objective and correct understanding.

Finally, Ms. Gao summarized the basic elements of the formation and later maintenance of cooperation, and described the impact of cooperatives on China's grass-roots governance. This lecture came to a successful conclusion.
