On February 20, 2019, the list of the Third Batch of “Feitian Scholars” in Gansu Province was announced by Academic Degree Committee of Gansu Province.

Professor Zeng Xianghong was selected as the Special Engaged Professor of political science of Lanzhou University, Professor Chen Xiaoding was selected as the Young Scholar of Lanzhou University, and Professor Zhang Henglong was selected as the Chair Professor of political science of Lanzhou University.
